TeamNexa is built with privacy first. This page describes how this marketing website (teamnexa.nl / teamnexa.eu) handles data. The TeamNexa app itself has a separate, more detailed privacy statement.
No trackers, no cookies
This website sets no tracking cookies and uses no advertising or social-media trackers. So no cookie banner is needed. Fonts are served locally (no Google Fonts CDN), so your visit is not shared with third parties.
What we process
The site is static and collects no personal data by itself. When you submit the demo form, we use your details (name, club, e-mail address, optionally phone and your message) solely to answer your request — on the basis of your consent.
To deliver that request we use a notification to ourselves via Telegram and e-mail via Brevo (a European e-mail service that processes on our behalf within the EU). If the form works via your own e-mail client, your message goes straight to us. We never sell your data and do not use it for tracking.
Hosting in Europe
The website runs on European infrastructure and is served via Cloudflare (encrypted traffic, DDoS protection). No personal data is processed outside the EU.
Retention
Demo requests you e-mail us are kept no longer than needed to handle your question and, with your consent, to keep you informed. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete data you share with us. Send your request to info@teamnexa.nl; we respond within the statutory period.
